Do you have a student in your classroom who is deaf or hard of hearing? If so, then you probably have many questions. What are this student’s needs? How can you address them to maximize learning? How do you prepare the other students in your classroom to work and socialize with this student? What is your responsibility as a member of the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) team? These guidelines have been created for you. Within these pages you will find basic information presented in a concise, user-friendly format.

  2. To search by topic, click the drop-down menu “Filter by Topic.” Once you have selected a topic, click “Go.”
  3. Click the title of the publication to access the publication’s record.
  4. To view the publication, click the Download button.
  5. The publication will open in a new tab in your browser. You may either view the document or save it to your computer.
  6. To order a publication in hard copy, enter in the quantity you wish to order and click the “Add to Cart” button.
  7. If the “Add to Cart” button is not visible, the publication is available only for download.
  8. When you have finished shopping, click "My Account" at the top of the page, then click “My Cart."
  9. ​Confirm the quantity desired for each publication. To remove a publication from your order, click "Remove."
