Topics will include collecting accurate data that measures student growth, maintaining student and family engagement in the summer, developing and implementing effective IEPs, and growing professional capacity.

This session supports practitioners in becoming fully aware of the latest policies relevant to supporting students eligible for special education or Section 504 during a pandemic. Legal considerations are conveyed as of the date presented, March 17, 2022. Changes may been made since then.

This webinar will focus on effective and efficient practices for utilizing Pennsylvania’s Standards Aligned System (SAS) to develop measureable IEP goals that are aligned with PA standards, anchors, eligible content, or an element of the curriculum framework. Particular emphasis will be given to skills that commonly need to be addressed when working with students who are struggling with reading, writing, speaking and listening.
