November 4–6, 2026 | Hybrid event: in-person at PaTTAN Central or fully virtual, synchronous attendance
The 2026 PaPBS & MTSS Integrated Implementers’ Forum will be held from November 4–6, 2026, marking the event’s 20th anniversary. This year’s forum, One System, All Learners: Advancing Integration in PBIS & MTSS, will be offered in a hybrid modality — hosted in person at PaTTAN Central with a completely virtual, synchronous attendance option, and presenters joining both in-person and virtually.
This annual statewide conference offers an opportunity to engage in high-quality professional learning about enhancing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes for all students. The forum focuses on establishing, maintaining, and expanding MTSS/PBIS through a three-tiered decision-making framework that guides the selection, integration, and implementation of evidence-based practices for improving academic and behavior outcomes for all learners.
Exhibitor Information
The 2026 PaPBS & MTSS Implementers’ Forum Exhibit Hall will be held in person at PaTTAN Central on November 4–6. We anticipate 500 in-person participants.
Exhibitors are asked to maintain their tables through 12 PM on November 6th, with tables and displays dismantled and removed from the building by 3:00 PM that day. The exhibit hall will be open between sessions and during meals so participants can visit exhibitors in a casual format. Exhibitors are encouraged to plan activities to attract participants to their tables — games, prizes, and giveaways are always welcome!
Exhibitor Notes
- Single, six-foot exhibitor tables will be set up in a high-traffic exhibition area within PaTTAN Central.
- Exhibitor set-up time is 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on November 3rd, or 7–8:30 a.m. on November 4th. The exhibit hall is open to conference participants from:
- 10:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m. on November 4
- 10:00 a.m.–4:15 p.m. on November 5
- 8:00 a.m.–12 p.m. on November 6
- Oversized exhibitor materials can be brought in through the dock door at the back of PaTTAN Central (location will be clearly marked). If you’re bringing oversized materials, please contact Tina Rife in advance at trife@pattan.net. If your materials fit on a cart, feel free to enter through the door marked Vendor Entry at the front of the building.
- Exhibitor services and products should align to MTSS Implementation, PBIS Implementation, Advanced Tiers Behavioral Health, Early Childhood Behavioral Health, or Social Emotional Learning.
- Cost for an exhibitor table is $325 and includes a listing in the Exhibitor Directory, one six-foot table, and electricity (please bring an extension cord — we’ll do our best to place you near an outlet, but a cord may be needed). Conference registration is included, limited to two exhibitors per table.
- Exhibitors are welcome to enjoy the light breakfast, bagged lunches, and snacks provided to conference attendees.
