Pennsylvania DeafBlind Project: Family Learning Conference

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

If your child has both a vision and hearing loss, your family (parents/guardians, siblings, and child with deafblindness) is welcome to join us for our family learning conference! Come experience sharing, caring, and learning together with staff from the Pennsylvania DeafBlind Project, PaTTAN, and other families living with deafblindness.

 

Special Needs: Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate individuals who have special needs as addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act and who need assistance at this training.

Location: The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center

1:15 pm - 2:15 pm – Parent Session I: " Family Tech Event-Part II”

2:45 pm - 3:45 pm – PM Parent Session II: “What Families Need to Know”

3:45pm - 4:00 pm – Q & A, Evaluations

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm – Break

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm – Dinner and Networking

 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If your child has both a vision and hearing loss, your family (parents/guardians, siblings, and child with deafblindness) may be eligible to attend this weekend learning conference at little or no cost.

All Saturday Meals Provided. Hotel Accommodations for Two Nights Provided.
