One Event, Two Experiences

 

The 2026 PDE Conference will be offered in a hybrid format - in person at Hershey Lodge or virtually through PaTTAN Events. Choose the option that's right for you, your school, or your organization.

  • Over 40 exhibit booths + Student Shoppes

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN EARLY DECEMBER.

IMPORTANT!
NEW for 2026 - You must register and pay for the conference by February 6, 2026. There will be no onsite registration or payment center. Payment must be received by February 6, 2026. 


Registration Fee

  • Payment may be made with credit card, check, or purchase order. 
  • No payments will be taken at the conference site. You will not be permitted to attend the conference unless your registration fee is paid in full by February 6, 2026.
  • Credit card payment: Credit card payments are entered online as part of the registration process.
  • Check or Purchase Order: Include a copy of your registration confirmation email with your payment. Make check payable to MCIU and mail to: Business Office, PaTTAN, 333 Technology Drive Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355 or send a purchase order to ConferenceBilling@pattankop.net. Your check must be postmarked/purchase order emailed by the deadline (see below for details).


In-Person Attendance (Pennsylvania Educators and/or Residents only) 

Early Bird Registration = $215.00
  • Early Bird Registration will be open from December 1, 2025 to December 15, 2025.
  • Payment must be received by 4:00 p.m., December 15, 2025. Your check must be postmarked/purchase order emailed by December 15, 2025, or you will be charged for the regular registration fee of $265.00 (see details for Regular Registration below).
Regular Registration = $265.00
  • Regular Registration will be open from December 16, 2025 to February 6, 2026.
  • Payment must be received by 4:00 p.m., February 6, 2026. Your check must be postmarked/purchase order emailed by February 6, 2026, or your registration will be cancelled.
  

In-Person Attendance (Out-of-State Participants)

The cost for out-of-state participants is $575.00.
  • Registration will be open from December 16, 2025 to February 6, 2026.
  • Payment must be received by 4:00 pm, February 6, 2026. Your check must be postmarked/purchase order emailed by February 6, 2026, or your registration will be cancelled.


Virtual Attendance (Pennsylvania Educators and/or Residents only) 

Virtual Registration = $165.00
  • Registration will be open until February 6, 2026.
  • Payment must be received by 4:00 p.m., February 6, 2026. Your check must be postmarked/purchase order emailed by February 6, 2026, or your registration will be cancelled.

 


Registration Cancellations

  • If you have registered, but are unable to attend the conference, you must cancel your registration by 4:00 p.m. February 6, 2026, by contacting pdeconferenceregistration@pattankop.net
  • If your payment has been received and you do not cancel your registration by the deadline of February 6, your payment will not be refunded. 
  • Once you have registered, if you decide to switch from in-person attendance to virtual attendance, you must do so by February 6, 2026. We will try to accommodate you; however, no refund will be given for the difference in cost. Please contact: pdeconferenceregistration@pattankop.net
