What if the key to promoting positive behaviors isn’t about managing students, but about transforming the way we structure learning environments? This session will explore five essential practices that help educators build a consistent, supportive, and dynamic learning environment. Through practical strategies and real-world examples, participants will learn how to proactively structure their classrooms, foster meaningful student engagement, and establish clear expectations that promote predictability. We will also examine ways to use positive reinforcement effectively and respond to challenges in ways that maintain a positive climate. Educators will have the opportunity to reflect, share ideas, and discuss how these practices can be applied in their own classrooms to create spaces where ALL students can succeed.
