This three-part training series is designed to empower paraprofessionals in creating calm, consistent, and engaging classroom environments. Each session will provide practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and interactive activities focused on behavior management, emotional wellness, and reinforcing clear expectations. With an emphasis on building positive relationships and using proactive approaches, participants will leave with increased confidence to support student success and their own well-being.
