This online course provides evidence-based practices/strategies needed to support transition-aged students building work-related skills in community- based settings in relation to: executive functioning skills, task analysis and behavior management.

Objectives

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify target skills and appropriate interventions to promote skill development in employment settings
  • Document, review and analyze student performance to drive data based decision-making work-based strengths and needs.
  • Apply strategies and interventions as demonstrated through case studies/training scenarios to promote positive work-related skills.
