The purpose of the Pennsylvania Fellowship Program for Special Education Leaders is to build the knowledge and skills of veteran and novice special education leaders (school district, charter school and intermediate unit) to lead special education services and supports to ensure success for all for all students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
