This annotated webinar presentation provides information on the process available for schools to apply to use the RtII process for identification of students possessing Specific Learning Disabilities. The application and application process are reviewed. Representatives from BSE, PaTTAN, an intermediate unit, an approved school district and various parent organizations provide perspectives on the process. Dr. Joseph Kovaleski provides an overview of SLD identification in PA.
