This training will ensure that administrators deepen their understanding of the Science of Reading and Theoretical Models and promote and support their staff in increasing reading achievement for all students. This training will outline and review leading research in literacy, identify big ideas in reading instruction, and assist education leaders to analyze their core reading program and make determinations about instructional gaps in their current literacy program.

Through this training series, participants will enhance their literacy knowledge, special education skills, and administrative leadership. Effective education leaders use a systematic process to analyze and impact professional practice to influence school capacity and student achievement.
