International Baccalaureate
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program (DP) stands as a widely recognized and respected curriculum similar to college standards. Nearly all colleges maintain an official stance on granting college credit for completing IBDP, contingent upon students' performance in IB Exams. However, IB credit policies and prerequisites differ significantly among colleges. IBDP is offered to any student 16-19 years of age. DP is made up of a core and six subject groups. Computer Science is under the Science curriculum. Through IBDP there are two programs for computer science.
