This session will provide an overview of the Interconnected Systems Framework, to include a focus on Tier 3 mental and behavioral health interventions within a MTSS regardless of who delivers the intervention. A review of systems, data, and practices will be shared, in addition to examples from the field. Participants will have an opportunity to join in discussion and ask questions regarding use of the interventions.
Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Define an Interconnected Systems Framework, including the core features and key messages.
- Describe at least three Tier 3 interventions for mental and behavioral health that can be used within an MTSS.
- Identify multiple data sources to make informed decisions about interventions to use within their MTSS.
Target Audience
Administrators, General Education Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Related Service Providers, School Psychologists, Counselors, Family, PBIS/MTSS Coach-Facilitators.
