Building a System of Collaborating Partners

Through group discussion of research and action planning, administrators will learn how to build and support a system of collaborating partners. Experiences of similar Pennsylvania collaborative projects will be shared and evaluated. Participants will demonstrate plans for leading and sustaining team collaboration for continued sustainability.
• Explore applicable, collaborative systems research and apply it to systems change
• Describe Pennsylvania-specific, collaborative projects (such as SSIP, Project MAX) and apply learning from these projects to P2G communities
• Create a plan for leading and sustaining team collaborative systems change through P2G
School administrators from identified P2G schools
