Participants will build upon and/or acquire additional expertise in the use of RTI within the eligibility process in order to assist LEAs with data usage and interpretation, fidelity of tiered supports and services within a problem-solving process, and understanding of the components that inform the eligibility process.
Participants will be able to:
- Use data within Tiers 1, 2 and 3 to inform eligibility determination
- Show ability to interpret progress-monitoring data
- Interpret RTI based upon multiple criteria
- Describe rule outs within eligibility process
- List common language that may be used within evaluation reports
- Generate implications for specially designed instruction based upon RTI

IU and PaTTAN Consultants, LEA Administrative Teams represented by General AND Special Education Administrators and 1 or more School Psychologists
