Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) Ambassadors is designed to equip learners with a deeper knowledge of the CtLC person-centered framework. It will provide skills to integrate the guiding principles and tools into practice. This series is a collaborative experience to learn, share, and reflect on various applications of CtLC, facilitated by a Certified CtLC Coach. There will be a combination of contact hours and online courses.
Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Apply the guiding principles of CtLC to support the target population in their work.
- Reflect on your professional work by engaging with the CtLC core tools.
- Analyze the applicability of the principles and tools in various situations and settings through examples and shared discussion
- Demonstrate increased confidence and capacity by contributing to cohort discussions
Target Audience
This series is designed for learners interested in leading or implementing change in their organization.
