The participating team(s) will prepare and present a 30-minute presentation highlighting their journey across the past school year and next steps. Team will consider how to adapt presentation to stakeholders to advocate for expanded role and even increasing number of school psychologists at the LEA. The series will close with trainers and graduate students from Pennsylvania School Psychology graduate programs sharing highlights of current training for school psychology graduate students and the comprehensive skill sets with which they will be entering the field. Considerations for unique ways to expand service delivery to students will be addressed (e.g., partnerships with universities for interns, practicum students).
Objectives:
Participants will:
- Identify areas of priority and explain action steps to ensure school psychological services are more comprehensive in nature and offer prevention services
- Describe and discuss innovative ways to partner with regional school psychology training programs and expand the service delivery of school psychological services

School Psychologists, Supervisors of Pupil Services, Administrators, Educational Specialists, Special Education Teachers, General Education Teachers, Related Service Providers, Faculty
