This event focuses on leadership capacity-building for structured literacy implementation. Learn strategies for creating the system-level conditions necessary for effective structured literacy implementation.

Objectives

Participants will be able to:

describe the essential enabling conditions needed for structured literacy implementation.
identify and describe key issues that are specific to district characteristics that require targeted consideration and action for successful Structured Literacy implementation.
describe effective leadership techniques for leading the development of a shared vision and culture for effective Structured Literacy implementation.
