The Covid-19 pandemic has created many new hurdles for our schools, and Pennsylvania’s educators have faced them all head-on. The Supporting Teachers in Virtual and Hybrid Environments (STVHE) Symposium is a forum for sharing ideas, celebrating successes, and supporting all Pennsylvania teachers in virtual and hybrid environments. This symposium is open to all PA general education and special education teachers.

Objectives

Participants will:

  • Describe the impact of effective pedagogical practices in online learning environments.
  • Identify high-yield instructional strategies for online learning.
  • Define and develop a plan of implementation for new strategies.
  • Identify the needs of students in an online learning environment.

Target Audience
