General FaQ - Both Experiences
Q. What are my options for attendance?
A. All keynotes and concurrent sessions will be available to both in-person attendees at Hershey Lodge and virtual attendees joining from home or school. There are, however, some activities that will only be available to in-person attendees. Please consult the Conference Schedule for more information.
Q. Can I register for both types of attendance, in-person and virtual?
A. Our registration system will ask you to choose one type of registration, in-person only or virtual only.
Q. Will all of the speakers be presenting in person at Hershey Lodge?
A. Yes, all speakers will be presenting in person at Hershey Lodge to both in-person attendees and virtual attendees.
Q. Which continuing education credit options are available?
A. Please see the Continuing Education Credits page for the most up-to-date information.
Q. How can I get a copy of a speaker's handouts?
A. All available handouts can be downloaded from the conference app. Please note that many speakers do not provide handouts.
Q. Will the sessions be recorded for later access?
A. No, the sessions will not be recorded for later access.
Q. When will conference registration close?
A. Registration will close at 4:00 pm on February 13, 2024.

FaQ - In-Person Experience
Q. What is included in the In-Person Registration fee?
Q. I have completed my registration and paid in advance. Do I need to go to the onsite check-in area?
A. All sessions, scheduled meals and refreshments, as well as access to the Exhibit Hall, Poster Session, and evening activities are included in the in-person registration fee. Participants are responsible for making arrangements for all other meals.
A. Yes, you must go to the onsite check-in (in the Aztec Room) to receive your name badge, folder, and lunch ticket.
Q. Do I need to wear my name badge to attend sessions and other events?
A. Yes. If you're not wearing your badge, you may be asked to wear it in order to enter a session or other event. If you lose your badge, please see PaTTAN staff at the Check-In desk to get a replacement.
Q. What should I wear at the conference?
A. Appropriate attire is business/business casual. Wearing layers of clothing is advised, as the temperature in the conference rooms may vary.
FaQ - Virtual Experience
Q. Why is there a registration fee for the virtual conference?
A: Providing the conference in a hybrid format requires increased technological resources, and therefore, increased cost.
Q. How do I access the event?
A. The event can be accessed through Chime Live. Every registrant will receive access to Chime Live approximately one week before the event.
