The Exhibit Hall space is full. We're looking forward to seeing all of our exhibitors at the conference!

The 2024 PDE Conference schedule includes time dedicated to visiting the Exhibits.

Wednesday, February 28

• Exhibitors' Welcome Refreshments (10:00am - 1:00pm)

• Exhibitors' Reception (5:00pm - 6:30pm)

Thursday, February 29

• Exhibit Exploration (1:30pm - 2:00pm)

 

We encourage exhibitors to plan activities during these dedicated times to attract more participants to their booths to interact. Games, prizes, and giveaways are always appreciated!

Exhibit Hours:

• Wednesday, February 28: 10:00am - 6:30pm

• Thursday, February 29: 8:00am - 2:30pm

Set Up Times:

• Tuesday, February 27:  4:00pm - 7:00pm

• Wednesday, February 28: 8:00am - 10:00am

​Exhibitors are asked to maintain their booths throughout the two days of the Exhibit Hall, with their display dismantled after 2:30 pm, Thursday, February 29.

 
Fees: 

• Single 10'x8' booth (1 table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitors): $700.00

• ​All booths include overhead company sign, name badge(s), table skirting, and electricity.
