Join us for an engaging workshop focused on supporting highly effective positive classroom behavior strategies. This session will offer administrators and coaches a high-level overview of evidence-based practices to help teachers implement effective strategies that support and promote positive classroom behavior. Participants will explore practical tools and resources to help teachers build positive and productive learning environments. This workshop ties directly to SPEL best practices and effective ECRI implementation. Connections will be made throughout the session.
Objectives
Participants will:
- Identify evidence based practices to help teachers implement effective strategies that support and promote positive behavior.
- Identify tools and strategies to support implementation of positive classroom behavior support plans.
- Explore data-driven, evidence-based strategies to establish a tiered system of support for staff professional development.
Target Audience
SPEL building level administrators, identified core SPEL team members such as C&C Coordinators and ECRI Lead Teachers, IU TaC External Coaches and ECRI Trainers supporting SPEL sites.
