The Team Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) framework can be used to run efficient and effective meetings through the application of foundational principals and a data protocol. Participants will learn the basics of TIPS and gain the skills to provide training and technical assistance to teams seeking to implement the framework.

Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Describe the TIPS data protocol
  • Identify and describe the TIPS foundational practices
  • Demonstrate skills providing feedback to implementing teams
  • Demonstrate skills utilizing data throughout the TIPS problem solving model
  • Demonstrate skills using data to identify topics for professional learning
