This event is by invitation only. You must have a registration key in order to register.

During this event, participants will learn about the foundations of Transition Discoveries (TD), including the framework, the purpose, the multi-stage implementation model, team structure and timelines. Participants will explore relevant TD Tools for Stage 1, including the TD Quality Indicator Survey (TDQI), survey process tracker, and monthly implementation update (MIU) tool. Participants will also practice coaching LEAs through using these tools given case study examples. Case study activities will also include working with LEAs through challenges with establishing a Transition Change Agent Team (T-CAT), gaining administrative support, identifying a representative sample, distributing the TDQI, managing parent permission forms, tracking survey progress and finding creative ways to fund incentives for youth, families and stakeholders to complete the TDQI that adhere to grant and federal spending requirements.
