Special education administrators are presented with many challenges related to meeting the needs of students receiving IDEA services in their schools. Many of these challenges have revolved around relationships with students’ circle of caregivers including legal guardians/parents, teachers, related service providers, paraprofessionals, building administration & central administration, and more.
Join Suzanne Dailey as we discuss how small shifts can provide big gifts to all of us as we work to increase and build positive relationships that will ultimately foster happiness, a sense of purpose & motivation both personally and professionally using rational optimism with the mutual pursuit of supporting students across the Commonwealth.
