With the Act 55 of 2022 legislation and recent revisions to Chapter 49 (published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on 4/23/22), the Comprehensive Plan has now been updated to reflect these changes. Considering these updates, the due date for the Phase 1 Comprehensive Plan is now due October 31, 2023.
Due to the various updates, the Department is holding mandatory webinars to ensure LEAs are aware of the changes and to allow for questions. The Chief School Administrator or a designee must attend one of the webinars offered.
