This session will build upon the work teams have done completing the Benchmarks of Quality. Teams will work together to identify next priorities and will learn the expectations of the Installation Phase.
- Participants will share their experience completing the Benchmarks of Quality.
- Participants will identify a limited number of next steps for their Action Plan.
- Participants will prepare for participation in Installation Activities and Core Leadership Team meetings.
