This session will continue exploration of Preschool Service Delivery Across Settings. Participants will describe implementation drivers and stages as defined by Implementation Science and prepare to complete the hexagon tool to assess their current strengths and needs.

Objectives

Participants will:

  1. Describe implementation drivers and their impact on starting a new set of practices.
  2. Identify elements of effective teams that may need to strengthened in their Core Leadership Team.
  3. Plan for their team's evaluation of current strengths and needs.

Members of the Core Leadership Teams of the eight preschool programs engaged in Service Delivery Across Settings: Exploration
