Service delivery and scheduling is often left out of discussions regarding evidence-based practice and positive outcomes for students with disabilities; however, it is an essential component of good services. Participants will discuss ways in which they can improve their practices through varied service delivery models and diverse scheduling options.
Objectives
Participants will:
- Identify and discuss the service delivery options in evidence-based speech therapy interventions.
- Discuss 4 ways to maximize interventions through scheduling changes.
- State 4 ways to advocate within the system for students with speech language disorders.
