The presenter will provide information on the various types of social identities. Participants will learn about how implicit biases impact interactions with others. The presenter will give information on how vulnerable decision points are developed; neutralizing routines will be shared with participants; and participants will engage in activities that will help the development of their own neutralizing routines.

Objectives

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify their own social identities
  • Describe the importance of knowing their own implicit biases
  • Identify their vulnerable decision points
  • Identify and create a neutralizing routine(s)
