Participants will learn strategies for teaching self-regulation and co-regulation skills in young children. Participants will have the opportunity to embed these strategies into typical daily routines and activities.

Objectives

Participants will:

1. Discuss opportunities for instruction related to self-regulation.
2. Recognize and use embedding self-regulation learning strategies into daily routines and activities.
3. Discuss communication and partnership opportunities with families while considering cultural competence and trauma history.
