During this workshop, intermediate unit and PaTTAN Transition consultants will practice skills for supporting LEAs as they create and maintain systems of support in secondary transition. Emphasis will be placed on use of the Coaching Playbook, building tools to support your Playbook and coaching for sustained change.
Objectives
- Identify resources to add to Instructional Playbook and opportunities to use them
- Create individual Instructional Playbooks
- Connect Instructional Coaching to transition change
- Discuss planning details for implementation in 2022-2023
