The Team Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) framework can be used to run efficient and effective meetings through the application of foundational principles and a data protocol. Participants will learn the basics of TIPS and gain the skills to provide training and technical assistance to teams seeking to implement the framework.

Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Define the TIPS problem solving model
  • Identify and describe the TIPS foundational practices
  • List and demonstrate skills by utilizing data throughout the TIPS problem solving model Identify how to use data in providing feedback to the implementing teams
