- How to effectively prepare for the site visit
- How to effectively manage the process during the site visit
- How to effectively manage after the site visit and the report has been issued

Join fellow practicing special education directors and supervisors for facilitated conversations about timely and pressing topics impacting programming for students with disabilities. The synchronous, interactive, and dynamic discussions will provide leaders the opportunity to dialogue about special education procedures and processes. Specific topics will be announced at the time of registration and will be prioritized based on participant input. Topics under consideration for the 2021-2022 school year include: Compliance Monitoring for Continuous Improvement (CMCI), effective use of federal and state funding for pandemic recovery, and improving Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
** When registering, you are acknowledging you are a current special education administrator (i.e., director, supervisor, or hold supervisory responsibilities for special education programs within your LEA).
Target Audience
Current special education directors and supervisors across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
