The overarching goal of this series is to provide school psychologists with skills needed to promote positive, preventive, systemic change to ensure opportunity and access for all students through an equitable approach through assessment, data analysis, and intervention. First, school psychologists will have an opportunity to learn about equitable, culturally-competent assessment practices. School psychologists will learn the skill of creating a district data story to help support effective systems-level change to bring about positive and equitable outcomes for all students. Then the series will focus on ensuring social-emotional learning is provided through a mindset of equity to teach and reinforce necessary skills for all students.
