Educators will learn how to use Code Jumpers in their Computer Science classes. Code Jumpers are tactile coding tools used by students with visual impairment and blindness that puts physical “blocks” of code in your hands.

Objectives

Participants will:
Identify statewide goals for CS education in Pennsylvania
Discuss local CS education initiatives and priorities
Develop individual goals for engaging in and supporting CS education

Target Audience

District Administrators, Principals, School Counselors, School Librarians, K-12 General Ed, Special Education and English Language Learner teachers, anyone interested in K-12 Computer Science in Pennsylvania
