The purpose of this webinar is to explain to Transition Discoveries (TD) grantees the project timeline, required deliverables, online training modules and materials, online learning community and required team roles, along with their responsibilities. The four stages of the TD implementation model will be reviewed along with the steps required to complete each stage. This webinar will also provide detailed information about the TD implementation team roles and coaching structure to support grantee sites as they implement TD.
Target Audience
LEAs and their TaC who have been selected to participate in the Transition Discoveries grant.
