Aligning Practices to Develop Language and Literacy for Secondary ELs

With an emphasis on examining evidence-based practices for secondary English learners this professional development opportunity will present evidence-based practices to provide guidance for successful implementation of language and literacy instruction for secondary English learners in an MTSS Framework in today’s environment.
Participants will be able to
- Describe quality student interaction in face-to-face and/or distance learning
- List evidence-based practices for secondary English-learners in MTSS
- Evaluate lesson plans focusing on quality learning opportunities for English learners.
