This training will provide in-depth knowledge and practice related to supporting students in virtual environments. Participants will explore and describe modes of learning and types of virtual environments and identify the tools and practices which are best aligned for their LEA. Attendees will identify and implement best practices to support the transition of students, teachers, and families to virtual and hybrid learning environments, including the continuation of services, admission to the program, the Formal Periodic Review, and exit planning in AEDY.

Objectives

Participants will:

  • explore and describe modes of learning and types of virtual environments
  • identify the tools and practices which are best aligned for their LEA
  • identify and implement best practices to support the transition of students, teachers, and families to virtual and hybrid learning environments, including the continuation of services, admission to the program, the Formal Periodic Review, and exit planning in AEDY.
