This presentation identifies the Pennsylvania Career Ready Skills (PA CRS) continuum, tools, and its relevance in today's MTSS and COVID-19 school recovery process. The presentation will also showcase the Collaborative for Academic and Social Emotional Learning’s (CASEL) school recovery toolkit. The goal of the presentation is to have school teams familiarize themselves with both resources, in order to plan for and integrate these skills into their daily school community. Big step strategies will be provided to teams to assist with their planning process.
Participants will be able to:
- Identify the PA Career Ready Skills continuum and accompanying tools.
- Explain the relevance of social emotional learning for all Tier 1 students
- Integrate the PA CRS and the CASEL resources as a part of their plan to support their school community
