Inclusive Classroom Practices in Early Childhood Training of Trainers is a professional development training that provides Early Intervention and Early Childhood Education professionals with guidance on delivering inclusive practices training to staff from early childhood programs across Pennsylvania. Participants will be introduced to and provided guidance on using the Collaborating for Inclusive Practices training materials, including a trainer’s guide for each course, PPT presentations, activity files to actively engage learners, and participant/trainer handouts for the following Collaborating for Inclusive Classroom Practices in Early Childhood courses: 1. Working Together 2. Focus on Attitudes and Beliefs.
Objectives
Participants will:
- Demonstrate how to use provided materials on inclusive practices in a virtual format.
- Identify ways to support adult learners to build partnerships between Early Intervention and Early Childhood programs.
- Identify ways to facilitate discussions on federal and state laws that support inclusion for all children.
Target Audience
This training is for invited Early Intervention and Early Childhood administrators and trainers only.
