During this stakeholder forum, interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to provide input into the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and the Pennsylvania Department of Education, through the Bureau of Special Education (BSE). The purpose of this MOU is to ensure that there is a plan of action requiring coordination and collaboration between OVR and BSE to support the transition of students with disabilities from high school to adult life to ensure requirements of The Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) and The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) are met.
