We will be exploring specific examples of successful coaching scenarios as well as specific coaching roadblocks to coaching across the state from cohort participants. We will using a planning document to action plan next steps in both cases – how to proceed and continue to grow the teacher and how to overcome and eliminate roadblocks to the coaching and teaching through The Impact Cycle, Jim Knight and the Coaching Network online resources.
Participants will be able to:

Find and utilize alternative coaching resources i.e. Brene’ Brown to augment The Impact Cycle.
- Leverage relationship building strategies from The Impact Cycle to form inroads with teachers and staff.
- Partner with state and local coaches from P2G Coaching Community to support their LEAs and each other through networking.
- Explain to teachers, administration and community the benefits of The Impact Cycle and Reflective Teaching Practices.
