Administrators will build their capacity to integrate adult learning theories, research and models to support teams in implementing systemic changes. Opportunities to review Pennsylvania models for delivering successful, adult learning will be provided. Participants will identify core principles and beliefs for leading adults toward systemic change.
Objectives:
Participants will:
- Demonstrate their capacity to integrate adult learning theories, research, and models in their roles as school leaders
- Define goals for meeting the professional development needs of their P2G teams
Target Audience
School administrators from identified P2G schools
