Electronic Submissions of 4010s (APSEM System) for LEAs

Beginning on July 1, 2016, the Approved Private School Electronic Management (APSEM) system will officially open for 2016-2017 data submission. The system is designed for ease and accuracy of submission and should promote processing in an efficient manner.
Local educational agencies (LEAs) will be able to utilize the APSEM system and submit their Approved Private School (APS) and Chartered Schools for the Deaf and Blind (CSDB) 4010s and 4011s online. In addition to the 4010 process, the system will also accommodate the 4011 submission as well as allow LEAs to continuously monitor deduction calculations on students placed in an APS or CSDB.
This training will provide further instructions on the system, in addition to establishing user IDs and passwords.
