This session deepens the exploration of distance consultation during COVID-19 with case studies of practitioners who suddenly were forced into a distance consultation model. The content within PSU’s emerging model was applied by graduate students under the supervision of COMS mentors.
Participants will be able to:
- Describe the use of O&M standards as they apply to distance consultation in O&M.
- Describe and discuss lessons learned from case studies for distance based O&M.
- Measure efficacy of distance based O&M services from student progress data as well as the perspectives of students and family members.
