This event is being offered as an alternative to the asynchronous PASA DLM Data Management training required for PASA DLM Assessment Coordinators (ACs) and Data Managers. PASA ACs will leave the session with all data uploaded into Educator Portal. Members of the PA PASA DLM team will be on hand to ensure that uploads are completed properly. This training is targeted for local education agencies only since it requires accessing data from PIMS. The training is not applicable for private schools or approved private schools with non-4010 students as they cannot access PIMS data directly.

PASA ACs should bring information about current users, the PIMS PASA DLM Enrollment Report and rosters for teachers. PASA ACs should bring the necessary information to add or edit users, enroll students, and roster students to teachers.

Objectives

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

Navigate the PASA DLM system and the Kite Portal to support the alternate assessment administration.

Complete their enrollment, rostering and PIMS data entry to ensure students are able to participate in PASA for 2024.
