This training is designed for intermediate units and local educational agencies (LEAs) across Pennsylvania who are interested in learning how integrating practices from the Harvard DataWise Project can strengthen the process of continuous improvement for schools.

Objectives

  • Identify the foundational norms, habits of mind, and practices of the Harvard DataWise Improvement Process
  • Describe how Data Wise integrates with, compliments, and strengthens the existing PDE process for school improvement planning beyond compliance and toward purpose and meaningful change
  • Identify and explore how CSI schools from seven LEAs are currently engaging with Harvard Data Wise

Target Audience

Intermediate unit consultants working in the area of continuous school improvement; LEA administrators engaged in continuous school improvement
