Exploring the Early Language and Literacy Pyramid

If you are working with children and would like resources to support their language and literacy development then this session is for you! You will have the opportunity to explore the Early Language and Literacy Pyramid that is full of online resources available to help you address the needs of the children and families you serve. Match content and format to find just what you need, just when you need it. Meet and partner up with other providers so that you can be a resource to each other. Learn about center-based and home-based supports that are available through OCDEL (Office of Child Development and Early Learning).
Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Learn early language and literacy resources for staff and families that are available for free upon demand.
- Match learning needs to specific resources to address those needs.
- Embed language and literacy strategies throughout the program day.
Target Audience
Infant-Toddler and Preschool Early Intervention professionals, Early Care and Education providers, Training and Technical Assistant Consultants, Quality Coaches
