What do you need to do to make a systemic shift to coaching in your EI home visit programs? Come to Coaching 101 and find out! Coaching 101 is an introductory workshop for EI Provider Leaders that will assist with moving forward to make the administrative and leadership changes to prepare for implementation of home-based coaching in your region. Coaching 101 will describe and illustrate the Family Guided Routine Based Intervention approach using video examples, provider testimonial, and quotes from families participating. Recent research and recommended practices will also be provided as the foundation for the shift in practice change. Group discussion will focus on what has worked to address some potential barriers to implementation. Resources will be shared to focus future planning.
